Twisting Falls is a waterfall on the Elk River in Carter County Tennessee. (Elk River Falls which is in North Carolina is also on the Elk River). Instructions on how to get there from books I have and internet searches are a little deceiving and need updating. I’ll try my best to give you my updated directions as of September 16, 2010. Take 19E to Elizabethton TN and upon entering Hampton TN take a left onto SR-67 / US-321 just before the Shell Station. Continue out this road past the trail head to Laurel Falls and go towards Watauga Lake. Be sure to take a right where US-321 seperates from SR-67. Continue on US-321 till you get to Poga Road which is a right turn off of US-321 and listed as 7.3 miles from the junction of where SR-67 and US-321 seperate. The sign to Poga Road is hard to see. Continue out Poga Road about 3/10′s of a mile and you will see a stop sign to your left. Take this left and drive about 1/10 of a mile and you will see a stop sign to your right. Take this right and continue out this road which is supposedly still Poga Road. Drive 3.7 miles after making this right and take a right on Clawson Road. Drive down this road about 6/10′s of a mile till you get to a very narrow paved road to your right, which is Dark Ridge Road. Drive out this road 3/10′s of a mile and you will see signs directing you to a parking area on the left. Sally was swept away in the rapids during a risky and foolhardy creek crossing attempt. This is the location where I turned back in the search for the missing Sally. Could Sally have survived the drop over the falls and onto the jagged rocks below? This hiking accident caused serious injury and loss of hiking gear including her boots, clothing, supplies and hiking stick. Sorry for low shitty graphics my video processing program screwed up again. Ok so this is my mod. I’ve already got name for it, it’s LOST. After not thinking too much i switched to multiplayer and since i thouth that orangebox engine has neat graphics so i thouth ill use it instead of ep1. At first mod was suppose to be Antlion survival. Where one team plays humans other antlions. But with so many problems i didnt manage to solve i figured i will stick to original theme which was decited in Singleplayer. Singleplayer was suppose to follow events of tv series called “LOST” i’ve already got plane crash and stuff like that. But multiplayer is a bit diffrent. In multiplay there wont be crash, there wont be OTHERS (well probably not). This mod will be a Coop Survival where people have to cut trees, mine rocks and stuff like that. So it’s like RolePlay. There is food system that contains Hunger and Thirstyness. For hunger you find various food items that decrease your hunger. And for Thirstyness, well theres only few ways, some food items will decrease it too, fresh water bottle, and drinkable water. Not all water will be drinkable! Salty water (like ocean, tropical texture) you see in game is not drinkable (drinkable water is those 2big ones where 4diffrent types of water is displayed), and a squirty waters…well like waterfall and stuff like that. So we continued making a Cellar to put a waterfall and put some items in there. Reason for why I created it was to make it look good and incase I get chased I can go through the waterfall and into my house while the Monster slips down into the dark hole of suffocation. We also got quite a bit of rocks while doing it. We then look out the window to find its day time now. I also just remembered there was Iron in a Cave Way nearby with Coal in it so I just decided to go back and get it to make items with it. I then go up a hill to find some more resources. I also collect a bit of sand and destroy some to make my land look good. I then fill in some holes in the water and created some more walk-ways. I then lit up a few more torches so no monstersd won’t spawn. I then continued digging until I find the water source. So I found it I then block it up with sand again until I finished where the water would go.
So we created stone Stone Pick-Axe to mine some rocks for the cellar and also mining some rocks and re-placing them with Wood to make a wooden floor. I then break out the sand again since I forgot I was creating a Water=Fall I then decided to make a pool down there but I then block it off later to make a waterfall. I also end up wasting some Resources like glass. I then go outside since it was Morning and I remove some Sand blocking my Waterfall. I also made it a bit deeper aswell. I then start making the Waterfall. I finally finished it I also crate another Craft Table to put it down here and I also put some more Chests down here to put all my Dirt, Stone, Rock, Wooden floors, and use my upper chest to put things I can use to create items. I also go collect some Wool and Raw Hide to make me Leather Armor.

The waters of the river gather speed as they are forced through the narrow Mather Gorge and cascade over a series of several 20-foot (6-meter) falls. The water falls a total of 76 feet (23 meters) in elevation over a distance of less than 1 mile (1.6 km), making the Great Falls the steepest and most spectacular fall line rapids of any river in the eastern United States.
